Working in technology companies is attractive due to several factors. Besides being a market in incredible growth, it is usually an environment where companies are more dynamic and have more pleasant working environments.

In most technology companies, employees have what is called flexible working hours. In this regime, people can adapt their working hours to the periods that best suit them.

That is, you can start work earlier and leave a few hours earlier or vice versa. This freedom allows you to bring more personal programs into your daily routines, such as physical activities, health care, and time with your family without having to compromise your deliveries.

In addition, the home office adopted by many companies in recent years allows you to WORK FROM HOME EVERY DAY. Without traffic, stress on the way, and insecurity on the streets, you work from your home or ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

Fast Pace, Big Rewards.

While constant change can be tiring for some, others (like us) find it exciting. But why? You may be asking yourself.

The fast pace of a career in technology means MORE OPPORTUNITIES for GROWTH and LEARNING.

In technology, an internship can EASILY lead to a permanent job. Companies want to keep the people they have invested in training and compete to attract new talent. This is based on standing out in the right way in the crowd.

Getting a job with these companies may not be easy, even more so if you are not prepared. The application processes are often RIGOROUS, but they can be deconstructed with techniques if you are willing to practice and prepare.

What do you say? Are you willing to prepare for these processes?

Technology Is Not Just Programming!

One point we need to make clear is that when we talk about working with technology, we are not referring exclusively to programming. There are many areas within technology companies, and programming is just one of many.

You can be many things besides a programmer. Programming is just one of the many areas present in technology companies. I will put here a list of some areas where you can work inside a tech company:

  • Designer
  • Product Manager
  • Data Analyst
  • Test Analyst
  • Quality Analyst
  • Data Scientist
  • Data Engineer
  • Customer Experience
  • Among many others…

It is worth noting that new areas and types of jobs are created every year. The technology market adapts a lot to the demands, and these changes are reflected in the positions people occupy.

Rest assured. THEY WILL NOT EXCLUDE YOUR OCCUPATION!

What happens is that each company has a different context, which makes them need people who can meet these demands. The changes, in general, are related to technologies used in the company or knowledge related to the business.

Here you will learn how to develop new technologies and how you can understand the business model of the company you want to work for in a simple and didactic way.
